Exactly 14 days ago, the second event for the Notino Mums and Dads program took place. And we are happy that we met in such a large number! 🤩 Compared to the last event in November, the number of Notino mums has increased. Today we have 208 mums in Notino, which means that we will probably see more and more of them at the next events.🤰 They learned Notino News, and enjoyed a presentation from Kristyna Cejnarova and Lucie Bášová from the MUMDOO platform, which according to the feedback gave them huge motivation. 🫶 The event also included a lecture from our supplier Verra on the topic of reproductive health, followed by consultation possibilities. According to the feedback, this event was a success. #Mothers appreciated not only the regular communication, but especially the opportunity to meet in Notino, learn something new, or chat with their colleagues. We are happy about it and are already looking forward to what we will come up with next time! 🤩 #NotinoPeople

From Notino to ADRA Brno ! Two weeks ago we organized a #collectionofclothes, shoes, and accessories in Notino. And we must say that #NotinoPeople are truly amazing! 🤍 They brought an astonishing amount of items, and those who wanted to, but couldn't contribute on the day, brought more clothes afterwards. All items from our collection went to the Adra Charity Shop on Lidická Street in Brno.👕👖 We see it as a huge proof that our colleagues care about #helping and doing good. Another Notino #warehouse is just about to open in a few months!   And this time it will be a bit better again. #ExtraMile We are building our largest warehouse in the heart of Poland, Lodz. The aim is to reduce delivery time for customers from Poland, Germany, the Nordic and Baltic countries and to cope with Notino's long-term growth in the value of goods stored. 📦 What is so #unique about it❓ It will be the first warehouse that will also use #solarpanels and all the energy will be used to run the warehouse. The first packages will reach our #customers from the Polish warehouse in July and we can't wait!🤩  #NotinoPeople #WinningAsATeam

When your entire business revolves around the #customer and their satisfaction, every customer #award is a pleasure. 🏆 That's why we all at Notino are excited about the Shop of the Year award, which is traditionally organized by the Heureka Group.  This year, our customers appreciated our work with four medals. And three times they sent us straight to the top! 🤩 They awarded us in the following categories:  Quality Award: Perfumes 🥇 Popularity Award: Beauty and Health in CZ and SK  🥇🥇 We are thrilled that customers appreciate our work and we are proud of each of our colleagues. Once again we have managed to create and complete a beautiful project that helps. 🤍 And that is none other than our Notino #shelteredworkshop! It was in a trial run last autumn and has been running full steam since January. We are therefore very pleased that it has met all the conditions and has been recognized by the Employment Office as an employer in the sheltered employment market. 🙏 Notino's sheltered workshop is adapted for PWD (persons with disabilities), is not separated in any way, and is directly part of our #warehouse in Syrovice. Our 14 #colleagues in the workshop can meet all the other colleagues from the warehouse at work and for lunch, which is great. 👷♀️👷 What we are also pleased about is that colleagues who were no longer able to do regular work in the warehouse and would have had to look for work elsewhere have also applied to the sheltered workshop. If they met the conditions for admission to the workshop, we were happy to accept them so they could stay with #NotinoPeople. And what exactly are the colleagues in the sheltered workshop responsible for? 🤔 Primarily, it is the assembly services of pre-built Discovery boxes and other types of boxes for Notino, but also for external partners. But there may be more to come in the future. A big thanks to Jan Matejka, who led the whole project from the beginning and did enormous work to make this project work, and to Tomas Hofer, without whose support the project could not work. 👏 We are looking forward to the next update on how the Notino sheltered workshop is going! What do current University students expect from their future jobs? 🤔 The Organization Top Employers Czech republic (TOP ZAMĚSTNAVATELÉ ČR) asked them 🤓! Besides finding out what is important for them from work conditions, work content, or workplace relationships, they could also vote for concrete companies. And it seems, that what Notino offers matches the expectations of young professionals as Notino is the 10th most attractive employer for students in the whole Czech Republic 💪. We are very proud of this achievement and will try to score even higher next year 🏆!
